Alex Hann is a Knowledge Management Specialist on a Specialized Global HR team at Scotiabank. Born and raised in Newfoundland, Alex moved to Toronto in 2016 while completing her business degree at Memorial University and has sat on the Malachy’s Soiree Cabinet ever since.

In addition to project management for this event, Alex manages internal communications for St. Michael’s Young Leaders, a committee of young professionals in Toronto’s downtown core who raise funds and awareness for St. Michael’s Hospital. She is also the social media and marketing lead for their annual bowling fundraiser. Alex also volunteers as a Lead Advisor for JA Ontario, a non-profit organization that promotes financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship in high school students.

Alex loves to start her day with a 6 a.m. spin class.
