Anne Ristic is the Co-Managing Partner, Toronto of Stikeman Elliott LLP and practised at the firm as a corporate/securities lawyer before becoming a full-time member of the management team.  Anne leads business planning and strategy for the Toronto office. She oversees integrated legal operations including talent, client service, innovation, process improvement and financial management.  She was a member of the firm-wide Partnership Board, and currently works with the firm’s Chair on several national projects and client initiatives. Anne is a Director of Furniture Bank, a registered charity and social enterprise seeking to end furniture poverty through furniture donations; a Cabinet member of St. Michael’s Hospital’s NICU fundraiser, Malachy’s Soirée; and an Activator for SheEO, a crowd-funding organization that seeks to transform how we finance and mentor women entrepreneurs.  She is a former sessional lecturer in Advanced Corporate Law at Queen’s University and at the University of Western Ontario, and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to law firm management and operations.
