Emily Lee is Co-Founder and Partner at Toronto-based ALT Recruitment Partners, a boutique legal recruitment firm. Emily has 15 years of experience strategically sourcing lawyers and legal talent for corporate law departments and law firms. She and her ALT Partners are repeatedly sought out for their expertise, integrity and collaborative approach to legal hiring.

Born and raised on the East Coast, Emily graduated from Dalhousie Law School and was called to the bar in both Ontario and Nova Scotia in 2003. She lives in midtown Toronto with her husband and 2 children. This is Emily’s 2nd year on the Malachy’s Soiree Cabinet and she is thrilled to contribute to such a worthy event.
