Jayne MacKay Mullaley is the Manager of Operations & Administration at McKinsey & Company Canada based in Toronto. McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm that advises top management of leading companies and institutions as well as governments and nonprofit organizations on issues of strategy, organization, technology and operations. Jayne oversees business support operations,  personnel management and the professional development of McKinsey Toronto’s support function teams.

Jayne grew up in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and moved to Toronto in 2006 after graduating from St. Mary’s University in Halifax with her degree in Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Since joining McKinsey in 2006, Jayne has held a variety of roles within the firm.

Jayne has recently had the privilege of joining the 2018 Malachy’s Soiree Steering Cabinet in support of the Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital. As the “Urban Angel”, St. Michael’s Hospital was a great fit for Jayne to focus her efforts to help make a change.

Jayne lives in Burlington, Ontario with her husband, Steve Mullaley.
