Jennifer Byun is currently Senior Legal Counsel in the Corporate and Marketing Legal Team at Vale Base Metals. She provides legal advice and risk analysis to the Base Metals business globally in marketing and sales, tax, treasury, corporate affairs, finance, IT and risk. Prior to joining Vale, Jennifer was a senior associate in the corporate group at Stikeman Elliott LLP. She has a commerce degree, with honors, from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
