Jennifer Longhurst

Jennifer is a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, practicing in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets/securities, corporate, corporate governance and mining. Jennifer advises acquirers, targets, investors and boards on M&A, equity and debt financings, private equity matters, and shareholder activism and engagement. A trusted adviser to public and private companies in Canada and internationally, Jennifer regularly counsels on securities law and public reporting. She guides management, boards and committees on corporate governance issues and best practices, as well as transaction-specific issues and general corporate and commercial matters, and is the lead author of Davies’ annual Governance Insights report.
