Kaitlin Doherty is the Managing Director and one of the Founders of The Local Collective, a Toronto based brand that uses locally based insights to affect a cultural response.

Prior to launching her latest endeavour, she was the Client Service Director at Red Lion and has had a long career working in various capacities to help launch and shape both Canadian and International brands. Ranging from alcohol to automotive, Kaitlin has no shortage of helping guide and shape numerous Blue-Chip organizations marketing, branding and advertising architecture. She has also been Internationally recognized and awarded for her contributions in the industries of advertising and design.

Kaitlin enjoys every trip back home to Saint John, New Brunswick that she can manage to make the time to see her family and friends. She also splits her time between her two sisters, one living close by in Newmarket and the other in Calgary where she is a very lucky Auntie to a wonderful boy.
