Mariana Macintosh
Mariana MacIntosh is Managing Director & Associate General Counsel, Pension Administration at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and has over 15 years of legal experience, primarily in pension, benefits and governance. She leads a team of legal and policy professionals and advises the Plan on all matters related to pension administration.
Mariana is the co-editor of Pension Benefits Law in Ontario and an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. Mariana was recently recognized by Lexpert as one of Canada’s “Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers under 40”.
Mariana is passionate about supporting children in our communities. She is a board member of the Canadian Mothercraft Society, which delivers a wide range of programs and services to Toronto children and families. She has also volunteered with Roots of Empathy, an evidence-based classroom program that raises social and emotional competence among schoolchildren. This is her first year working with Malachy’s Soiree and she is thrilled to be part of this great event!
