Mary-Lynn was most recently Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Manitoba Business Unit at Hudbay Minerals Inc.   Prior to joining Hudbay in 2007, Mary-Lynn was a senior manager in the Transaction Tax Practice of Ernst & Young LLP, where she developed more than 10 years of Canadian income tax experience.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She enjoys cooking, reading & spending time with her family.
